Most CMBS Commercial Property Markets Remain Healthy Despite recent disruptions in credit markets, commercial property markets are by and large stable and healthy, according to Moody's Investors Service Red-Yellow-Green report for the third quarter of 2007. Although the possibility of an economic slowdown has increased since a quarter ago, should job growth falter, commercial real estate generally starts from a position of relative strength.
